Packing a healthy lunch won’t matter diddily squat if our kids won’t eat it. A healthy lunch starts with involving our children because they will be more likely to eat it.
Start by making a list of lunches they will eat. Use My Yummy Lunch and Snack List and if needed, tweak those to make them healthier rather than starting from scratch.

My wife and I are sure to include fruit and veg in our daughters daily meals and I’m happy to report that they are all well received.

That’s terrific! Only 1:10 kids in Canada eat enough veggies and fruit. Sounds like you are rocking it!
